Each site is carefully chosen near established villages, a natural extension of places people already love. These are not standard developments built around generic floor plans. They are new communities of homes designed by the people who will actually live in them.
We’ve vetted turnkey companies, identifying two build partners best suited to our projects — Dan-Wood and Fleming Homes. Both deliver
homes superior in quality to new-build equivalents. Buildstore, our preferred mortgage broker, has a panel of building societies
ready to lend specifically against our sites.
We’re members of the National Custom and Self Build Association (NaCSBA), and proud to be working alongside Homes England — whose standards for financial lending are significantly higher than standard development lending.
