THE VILLAGE

Our development sits at the southern edge of Piddington village, five miles south-east of Northampton town.
To the east, a one-hectare wildflower meadow with mown paths, owned by the residents. From the upper storeys, views across surrounding countryside and the wooded line of the old railway.

On your doorstep are an extensive network of footpaths and bridleways to explore, including Salcey Forest — the largest ancient woodland in Northamptonshire, planted as a royal hunting forest in the twelfth century, with veteran oaks more than six hundred years old.

Whether it’s the weekly Salcey Forest Parkrun, coffee at Careys, or lunch at the White Hart in Hackleton; you’ll be joining a thriving local community.

A short walk away you’ll find the village shop with a post office; and the local primary school that’s been teaching the parish since 1877.

Further afield is a Waitrose for the weekly shop, secondary schools, colleges, and Northampton town for a range of services and the mainline station. The M1 is five miles, and London Euston is under an hour by train.

THE PLOTS

Eleven plots set in open countryside.

Fully serviced and build-ready; the generous plots and gardens are suitable for a four- or five-bedroom home. All plots sit near the private wildflower meadow and Piddington village.
